This year's tournament will be a two day event. We have at least three lined fields available at the ERAU campus. Other extras will include food on site (bagels, bananas, etc.), water coolers refilled regularly, free locker rooms and showers, electronic scoreboards, and field lighting if play runs late. Absolutely no illegal drugs or alcohol are allowed on campus.

THE PARTY: Our Saturday evening event will be held in downtown Prescott at the Raven Cafe on Cortez St. This will be an all ages event. There will be a buffet style dinner for all registered players starting at 6 pm. We are expecting one or two drinks free for each player with reduced pricing the rest of the evening. The Raven closes at midnight, at which point the party will move to Prescott's famous Whiskey Row bar district!

We are hoping to attract enough players to field 7 teams. We will have pool play on Saturday and elimination brackets on Sunday. Play will start by 9 am on Saturday and go until no later than 5 pm. Specific play schedules and brackets will be created when we have a more accurate head count. Please register at the link at the top of the page. This will help us better plan our event for you!

CAMPING INFORMATION: The suggested campground to stay at for this event is Yavapai Campground run by Prescott National Forest. No reservations are permitted, but this is a slow time of year. Fees are $10 per night per campsite, which is better than any hotel you will get! Remember, we have free shower facilities at the fields so camping is a good option. The weather should be better than Durango was this year! Follow the directions in the link below to get to the campground from Embry-Riddle. Once you turn on Granite Basin, just keep your eyes open for signs for the campground.
